Members of our management team oversee various aspects of BHCCU's operations, including customer service, finance, risk management, and strategic planning, ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our organisation.

What is customer-owned banking?

Customer-owned banking means that 100% of our profits are used in the best interests of our customers.  BHCCU has adopted the Customer Owned Banking Code of practice. We strive to provide an amazing customer experience and place importance on improving the financial wellbeing of our members.   

What is BHCCU's purpose?

We play a pivotal role in supporting individuals across our community as they embark on starting, managing, and expanding their financial wellbeing, from personal finances to business. Additionally, we stand by our customers as they pursue homeownership, facilitating their journey towards securing homes and fulfilling their aspirations.
